Admissions
All admissions to Firwood High School are managed in conjunction with the Local Authority Special Educational Needs department. All students who attend Firwood must have a statement of special educational needs. Once a place is requested at Firwood, the student will be put forward to the Bolton Special Schools admission panel for consideration.
The Local Offer provides a single point for information to help families access details about services available to them, and offer guidance in multiple areas, such as: Early years places, Schools, Colleges, Health and Care and Leisure activities.
