My class have made an excellent start to their year in KS4. Our topic for this term is "My Future", so we've been practicing all sorts of independence skills which we'll need for everyday life as we get older. From doing up zips to finding important places inside and outside school and making sure we have all the right things with us, we've covered them all! Our absolute favourite 'new' place is the refurbished sensory theatre where we've been spending time using all the fabulous light and sound equipment and learning how to use the switches and pressure pads to change the colours, speeds and sounds of the room.
